How we calculate your recovery

Every number above is grounded in peer-reviewed research and published industry benchmarks. We use the conservative end of every documented range, so the calculator should under-estimate rather than over-promise. Actual outcomes depend on your baseline operations, list quality, and follow-through.

Lead Response
Weekly inquiries × 52 × 10% recovery rate × avg ticket. Based on the HBR/MIT 5-minute response study (2011) and AmSpa 2024 lead-to-consult benchmarks. Top performers see 15–20% recovery; we use 10% to stay defensible.
No-Show Prevention
Monthly appts × 12 × no-show% × 50% reduction × 80% slot-fill rate × ticket. Reminder studies show 38–67% no-show reduction (Imperial College London, Mayo Clinic, Am. J. Medicine). We use 50% × 80% to account for slots that wouldn't fill anyway.
Client Reactivation
Dormant clients × 8% annual reactivation rate × ticket. Med-spa-specific reactivation campaigns document 5–12% per year (Monsoft Solutions, Bloomreach). 8% is the middle of that range. Counted once per client per year — no compounding.
Post-Treatment Follow-Up
